I primarily specialise in tailor-made artworks for felines and canines, but I’m always open to new animal challenges.

  • Can I print more than one pet on a single canvas?

Traditional portraits only feature one person, so thats what I concentrate on. Having 2 or more pets in a scene require bigger, different shaped canvases, complicating print orders and shipping costs.

  • How do I know if my photo is good enough to use?

Compare your photo with description provided on the Our Difference webpage. A correctly taken photograph is the most important element to get right!

  • Is the background of my photo important?

The background of your photo does not matter, as I can work around it.

  • Is it possible to change my order?

Order changes are possible before the artwork is finalized. Please contact support for assistance.

  • Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?

Yes, a preview is provided for your approval before printing.

  • Can something be added or removed from my pet photo?

Certain modifications can be made upon request.

  • Can a black and white photo be used for my pet portrait?

Yes but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Shipping and Payment Methods

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

I accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and PayPal.

  • Why was my order returned to the sender?

Orders may be returned due to incorrect address information or other delivery issues. Please contact support for resolution.

  • What are the shipping times and prices?

It usually takes 14 days from order to shipping, and shipping usually takes 3-4 days within the EU, and 7 days for worldwide.

  • If I order multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?

Possibly – it depends on how many and in what sizes.

  • Is worldwide shipping available?

Yes, I offer worldwide shipping.

A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
